This project began on March 8, 2026. Pictured below are members of our volunteer team conducting the initial site assessment and evaluating the scope of work needed to complete the project. This planning phase was essential in identifying the repairs, resources, and volunteer support required to successfully serve the homeowner and bring the project to completion.
We want to also extend our gratitude to the Home Depot on East Lubbock #6828, located at 2615 50th Street Lubbock, TX 79413. Special thanks to Mr. Lazaro (Oddie) Berrillo, Assistant Store Manager in charge of the donations. Thank you for registering our corporation with the “Home Depot Foundation.”
These before-and-after photos [Below] showcase the transformation made possible through this Humanitarian Aid project for Mrs. Wallace. This blessing would never have become a reality without the kindness and generosity of the people of Lubbock. Together, we are proving that compassion can change lives.
These photos [Below] show the progress of the remodeling work after the project began. At the time of this website update, the renovation is still ongoing and has not yet been completed. We are grateful for the continued support of our volunteers, donors, and community partners as we work toward completing this project and improving Mrs. Wallace’s home.
The below pictures are the most recent photos of the project, showing the significant progress that has been made since work began on March 6, 2026. As of June 17, just over three months later, the transformation has been remarkable. Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers, donors, and community partners, we are nearing the completion of this project. While there is still work to be done, the finish line is now in sight, and we are grateful for everyone who has helped make this vision a reality.
As of June 18 we are in need of a stove-Washer and Dryer, Counter tops 1×4’s for trim work on the outside. We need an 18″wide cabinet for the bathroom sink. Your Donations are tax exempt, and your donations will be restricted to this project.
UPDATE: JULY 14, 2026. we have all the materials needed to complete the project, we are only in need of a washer and fryer for Mrs. Jean. Updated pictures will be uploaded soon. Thank you all for your continued support.
