Laws Regarding Donations

In accordance with Texas law and established charitable trust principles, all donations designated for a specific purpose are legally restricted and must be used solely for that intended purpose.

Our organization complies with the Texas Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act (Texas Property Code Chapter 163), fiduciary responsibilities governing nonprofit leadership, and the oversight authority of the Texas Attorney General, all of which require strict adherence to donor intent in the use of restricted funds.

Because of these legal and ethical standards, donors can give with confidence, knowing that their contributions will be used faithfully and transparently for the purpose for which they were given. We are committed to integrity, accountability, and honoring every gift entrusted to our mission.
